I have examined the accompanying Ordinonce, entitled

An Ordinance to amend The Malay States (Pugitive Crim-

-inals) Surrender Ordinance, 1903

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.

To effect certain amendments which appear necessary

in the Malay States (Fugitive Criminals) Surrender Ordi-

-nance, 1903.
